Delivery and Shipping Information

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery is expected within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders:
A delivery fee applies to orders below ₹1,000. Orders above ₹1,000 are eligible for free delivery within India.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders:
A non-refundable delivery fee of ₹75 is applicable. COD is available for select pin codes only.

Express Delivery

Available for prepaid orders within India at an additional charge. Not applicable for COD orders.

Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Prepaid Orders:
 Refunds are available for cancellations before dispatch or for approved return requests due to manufacturing defects or incorrect items. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 15 days to reflect.

COD Orders:
Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account. Kindly share your bank details for processing.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order before dispatch if it has not been shipped within 5 working days. Approved cancellations will be refunded automatically.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchange requests for the following reasons:

Manufacturing Defects:
If the product has a defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and videos.

Incorrect or Missing Items:
If your order is incomplete or incorrect, let us know within 72 hours of receiving it.

Conditions for Exchange:
The product must be unused and returned with its original invoice and packaging.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Items purchased during sales or clearance are not eligible for exchanges.
